Retrofit or full-frame? We check every opening before recommending either.
If the frame is solid, a retrofit is quicker and costs less. If it's rotted or you want a different size or style, full-frame is the better job. We'll tell you which each opening needs.

Your windows are built to order, and we'll confirm an install date at the estimate. We cap, caulk and clean up before leaving.

How do I know if I need retrofit or full-frame windows?
It comes down to the condition of the frame. A sound frame can take a retrofit insert, which is faster and costs less. A rotted or leaking frame, or a change in size or style, calls for full-frame. We check every opening at the estimate.
What warranty comes with the windows?
KV windows carry a lifetime transferable manufacturer warranty, and our installation is covered by a 10-year workmanship warranty.
Will new windows lower my heating bills?
Our standard KV windows are ENERGY STAR® qualified, with Low-E glass and argon fill. Most customers notice fewer drafts and lower heating costs in the first winter.
Can I replace just a few windows?
Yes. We price each window separately, so you can start with the worst ones and do the rest later.
Is financing available?
Yes. On approved credit there are 6 months with no interest and no payments, and we can set it up at the estimate.
