What our warranty covers
Our 10-year workmanship warranty exclusively covers the renovation installations performed by our team. From materials to labour, we guarantee the quality of our work should a problem be identified as a result of improper installation.
Warranty exclusions
Certain circumstances fall outside our warranty coverage. These include damages or problems caused by non-delivery of products, windstorms or other natural disasters, ice damning, rain water system blockage, improper roof installation or missing roof flashing/drip flashing, fire, strikes, war, transportation, animal damage, modifications to original installation, trees or vines on or against products installed, an Act of God or an inability to secure materials.
Making a warranty claim
If you need to make a warranty claim, please provide your name, address, phone number, invoice number, and if possible, pictures or video of the issue. This helps us assess the problem accurately and expedite the resolution process.
Transferability
